Welcome Back!!

Blanca E. Sanchez Elementary teachers and staff are eager to welcome back all returning students and extend a warm welcome to our new students for the 2023-2024 school year! Teachers and staff have been working diligently alongside district personnel to prepare very customized, prescriptive and engaging lessons and we are ready to deliver these lessons to our scholars!

Our goal is to provide the very best and to continue our tradition of excellence!

Please rest assured that McAllen ISD remains focused on safety for both students and staff. New this year, our campus is scheduled to be equipped with an entry push button outside our front doors. This is very similar to the Ring Security System. I ask for your help by please bringing your child to school on time each day (no later than 7:50) and refraining from picking them up until dismissal at 3:30. When students are consistently picked up early, it not only takes valuable instructional time, but it is also quite disruptive to the classroom. We want to protect instructional time to its core, and this will help immensely.

We are a team and working together, we will bring the very best education to your child. Again, I welcome you and THANK YOU for entrusting us to care for your child emotionally, socially and instructionally!

¡Los maestros y el personal de la Primaria Blanca E. Sánchez están ansiosos por darles la bienvenida a todos los estudiantes que regresan y extender una cálida bienvenida a nuestros nuevos estudiantes para el año escolar 2023-2024! Los maestros y el personal han estado trabajando diligentemente junto con el personal del distrito para preparar lecciones muy personalizadas, prescriptivas y atractivas, y estamos listos para impartir estas lecciones a nuestros estudiantes!

¡Nuestro objetivo es brindar lo mejor y continuar nuestra tradición de excelencia!

Tenga la seguridad de que McAllen ISD sigue centrado en la seguridad tanto de los estudiantes como del personal. Como novedad este año, nuestra escuela está programado para estar equipado con un botón de entrada afuera de nuestras puertas principales. Esto es muy similar al Ring Security System. Le pido su ayuda trayendo a su hijo a la escuela a tiempo todos los días (a más tardar a las 7:50) y absteniéndose de recogerlo hasta la salida a las 3:30. Cuando los estudiantes son recogidos temprano constantemente, no sólo toma un valioso tiempo de instrucción, sino que también es bastante perjudicial para el salón de clases. Queremos proteger el tiempo de instrucción hasta el fondo, y esto será de gran ayuda.

Somos un equipo y trabajando juntos, brindaremos la mejor educación a su hijo. Nuevamente, les doy la bienvenida y GRACIAS por confiar en nosotros el cuidado de su hijo emocional, social e instruccionalmente.
